A consultation with a herbalist, would normally last between 60 minutes and 90 minutes.

This gives the herbalist time to listen and understand what is happening to you as a person. considering your feelings, as well as discussing your outward symptoms.

This is known as a holistic approach. Herbalists are taught to consider the whole person and the effects that both emotional and physical challenges have on them.

The consultation will not just try and relieve the symptoms, but will explore the reasons behind the symptoms. Therefore the whole body and mind contribution will be considered. Enabling Herbalist Market Weighton to support a patient in dealing with the root cause. Therefore encouraging the body to return to a state of overall balance. A herbalist believes this is far more effective, than a short term fix of the symptom. Dealing with the cause, provides a more balanced and longer term contribution to a patients overall health.
